Mechanical Assembler

The client is a well known client in the area that is adding on due to unprecedented growth. They have both mechanical and electrical/panel wiring positions.

They are willing to train someone who has a little bit of assembly experience, all the way up to taking on a more senior team member and the starting wages show that.

Mechanical: Must be able to read blueprints, work instructions and know how to use hand and power tools. Someone that knows soldering and/or brazing or welding would be a plus!

Electrical: Prior experience wiring machines and/or panels, reading schematics and knowing point to point wiring is a plus

Hours are typically 6am until 2:30pm or you can work 4-10’s also!!! Plus, they will be flexible for the right person so if a 5am or 7am start works better, that could work.

Starting wage is anywhere between $18 and $25/HR depending on experience and the particular department

Punch Press Trainee


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented machine operator that can be taught how to run a Punch Press.  The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machining equipment and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and ensuring the efficient operation of the punch press.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate punch press machines to cut, shape, or form metal sheets according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
  • Set up and adjust punch press machines, including die installation and alignment.
  • Monitor machine operations for quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on the punch press equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven experience operating punch press machines in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking someone that can MIG and/or TIG Weld on thin to medium gauge material. The ability to TIG weld would be a plus also. They have both production and also fitter/fabricator positions available on material in the 1/2″ or thinner range depending on the job.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of welding experience
  • Must have the ability to read a welding blueprint
  • Must have good problem solving and critical thinking ability

Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour depending on talent level and previous experience
Days/Hours: M – F 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd shift is available currently
* Overtime offered but not required

Maintenance Electrician

We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Electrician to look after the electrical system of our building. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be required to conduct general maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install major electrical appliances for the building.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Identifying faults or hazards.
  • Troubleshooting system failures.
  • Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.
  • Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
  • Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
  • Responding to fault requests.
  • Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
  • Writing electrical maintenance reports.
  • Installing new electrical appliances in the building.
  • Adhering to safety and performance standards.

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Electrician qualification certificate.
  • Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician.
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Physically strong and able to stand for long periods.
  • Good communication skills.

Pay Rate: $34k-59k per year

Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic’s responsibilities include performing regular inspections of machinery and equipment, carrying out preventative maintenance, and fulfilling other duties such as building maintenance as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
  • Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
  • Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
  • Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.
  • Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Trade or vocational school graduation preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay Rate: $16-29 per hour

Electrical Assembler/Panel Wirer

We are seeking an Electrical Panel Wirer who is responsible for panel wiring and field routing of wire harness to motor, heater, sensors, etc. as well as proper grounding practices / device grounding practice

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery, equipment, and computer terminals
  • Test, Troubleshoot and correct panel
  • Make sure wires are tie wrapped and neatly inserted in enclosures.
  • Complete electrical panels on time
  • Machine wiring “a huge plus”
  • Visually inspect and reject parts outside of written specifications
  • Effectively wire a variety of products that range from standardized design and function to non-standard products
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs), position overview, wiring diagrams, schematics, blue prints, and work instructions
  • Use proper tools as needed to crimp wires and create harnesses
  • Complete daily production and quality logs and labor cards

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for trade school training and/or 1+ years of related experience
  • Experience using Electrical Schematics
  • Proven electrical and mechanical aptitude
  •  Knowledge of Quality inspection principles
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Self-starter and willing to accept new challenges

Pay Rate: $16-20 per hour
