Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler who is responsible for completing mechanical builds or operations to print and sales order, throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble machinery and components off custom blueprints
  • Operate hand and power tools to fabricate parts
  • Keep work station clean and organized Requirements: 
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  •  Use a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust parts and verify conformance of work
  • Troubleshoot basic assembly problems.
  •  Perform general preventive maintenance work on tools and equipment.

Job requirements:

  • Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) plus three to five years’ related experience.
  • Must be familiar with portable power tool and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, cut-off saw and grinder.
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic familiarity with G.D.&T. helpful but not required
  • Ability to write standard documentation & comfortable with documenting on a computer
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with other employees of the organization in a quick and accurate manor.
  • Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must perform metric conversions.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or visual formats.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry and \ or pneumatics is beneficial but not require

Pay Rate: $22k-40kper year

Flux-Core Welder

We are seeking Flux-core welders who will fabricate heavy duty equipment from start to finish. This is a full on fabricating position that will require welding mild steel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • FluxCore 0.52, 3/32, 1/16
  • Read Blueprints and understand welding symbols
  • Move material using a forklift and crane according to standard operating procedure, safety regulations and practices
  • Select and install proper welding wire and gas mixture
  • Operate a fuel gas hand torch for heat straightening purposes
  • Perform cleaning, assembly, and straightening operations as directed by Supervision
  • Set-up and fine tune welding machine for proper wire speed and machine voltage

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of two years experience as a Welder
  • The right candidate should pass a follicle test and Weld test
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read and comprehend blue prints
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Able to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square

Pay Rate: $15-25 per hour

Tig Welder

We are seeking a TIG welder to assemble stainless steel products ensuring the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements and company performance standards, in accordance with the organization’s Code Of Conduct and Operating and Guiding Principles, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere by his/her behavior and communications to others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for TIG welding
  • Measure and align workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers
  • Fill ducts with water/air and submerge in water to identify pipe leakage
  • Ensure compliance with established health/safety policies and regulations
  • Carry out grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain various textures and sizes for metal parts
  • Oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
  • Operate power and hand tools such as arc welders, buffing machine, and scrapers
  • Maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and repair of piping systems and metal structures
  • Ensure welding operations meet set specifications and construction requirements
  • Perform TIG welding on materials such as fiberglass, iron, plastic, and copper
  • Conduct radiographic and bend tests to verify the quality of weld.

Mig Welder

We are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven MIG Welder to join our team of skilled professionals. The MIG Welder’s responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and metals, measuring and assembling metal pieces, using cutting tools, determining gas ratios, drilling holes, and monitoring inventory. You should be able to observe health and safety regulations at all times and report any issues to the line manager.

To be successful as a MIG Welder, you should demonstrate excellent physical strength and dexterity, as well as superb attention to detail. Outstanding MIG Welders are able to interpret written and verbal specifications and stick to deadlines even under extreme conditions.

Job Responsibilities:
